ninnu-kori-movie-review

Natural star Nani is on tremendous form. His acting capabilities and his amazing comedy timing are well known things but in this film he has shown more maturity as an actor. He is becoming the complete actor now. Apart from Nani it is Nevetha Thomas who gave a stellar performance. Her expressive eyes and her impressive acting particularly in the emotional scenes she has brilliantly performed. After her stunning performance in this movie she has fair chances to crate wonders in Tollywood.

Debutant director Shiva Nirvana has opted little different script from regular love stories. the only draw back of the film is the lack of mass and commercial elements. This movie perhaps made exclusively for the class audience. We should appreciate the director not to stuff forceful and vulgar comedy track and stuck to the original script. In the second half some times movie looks little dragging and slow. Few scenes are easily predictable hence it reduces the interest on the main plot and test your patience.

If we get into story a calm going guy Uma(Nani) is doing PhD in Vizag who encounters Pallavi (Nivetha) and falls for her. Even Pallavi accepts Uma’s proposal and decide to get married only after Pallavi gets settled. Here comes the twist where Pallavi’s father decides to get his daughter married to another guy named Arun(Aadi).

After getting married both Pallavi and Arun go to US and lead a happy life. However on one fine day, she with the consent of her husband decides to bring home her ex-lover Uma (Nani) to reform him after he turns alcoholic and is on the verge of losing his job in US unable to bear the breakup.

To find out where this triangular love story leads to, enjoy Ninnu Kori on silver screen.

As far as performances are concerned it is obviously Nani and his impeccable show. Nivetha Thomas does wonderful job with her more matured and balanced act. It is Aadhi Pinisetty who has a cool and class role which he has given 100% effort to look more natural. He is too good in his gentle role. Murali Sharma and Pruthvi provide some entertainment.

Gopi Sunder music is pleasant and soothing. Karthik Ghattamaneni camera is good. Director presented this romantic story with fresh and class touch.

Over all it is a decent film which appeals more to class and NRI audience. If we forget few dull scenes it is a nice film to watch surely one time. Sure watch it once for the stunning performances of Nani and Nivetha Thomas. A fresh and clean romantic entertainer.
